Remuneration/报酬

Monthly Salary/基本工资

With effect from the 1st of May 2019, yYour monthly salary will be RMB165,728.75_______ (before the individual income tax, social security and other deduction by laws and regulations). Your salary will be reviewed annually according to your work performance and the Company’s business status.

您的基本工资为每月人民币_______元。此金额为税前工资，包含应扣除的个人所得税、社会保险费及其它法律法规规定由您个人承担的部分。您的基本工资将会根据您的绩效表现***的业务状况进行年度调整。

Bonus/奖金

You will be eligible to participate in the Company’s sales bonusincentive/business development plan pursuant to its terms and conditions. Your bonus will be earned upon successfully meeting individual and Companyestablished performance goals/targets. for its China operations. Please note that this bonus is a target bonus and it will be paid out at the discretion of the Company. Bonus will be paid out in line with Company policy (which is currently paid out on a quarterly basis) March of each year for the previous business year. Employees will have no entitlement to the Quarterly bonus if not employed by the Company at the date of payment of such bonus.31 March of the year subsequent to such business year.
