Need—Why this plan is needed:
We all know that children are the hope of a family. For families with children with congenital heart disease, especially for poor families, this is a painful blow and a heavy burden. We sincerely want to help these families to overcome their difficulties.
Purpose—How this plan will help:
This project provides life-saving operations their family cannot afford, and we are going to do the volunteer
