Concept:
Xi’an, an old city with the long history of 13 dynasty and also be famous as Chang’an all over the world. Our project is located at Gaoxin District of Xi’an city where adjacent to Tangyan road where near by Tang City Wall Relic Park.
From the perspective of Urban planning, we had learnt that the layout that by using the jiugong pattern, axisymmetric axias and Unit Block System( lifang) through the research on Tang Chang;an City.
The total project has divided into four sites, the scale of every single site as much as an unit block in Tang dynasty. The site where is consisted of 20 units of high rise and 100 unites of villa with symmetrical layout, where present as a lower central site where is surrounded by the higher levels as much as the wall of lifangjian. And the site also combined with the commercial road of west-east axis
The main transportation access is from north-south which stands for the road of Old chang’an of Tang dynasty. In terms of architectural design, the elevation has applied as cosmopolitan style with vertical texture. The design elements of villa fa?ade that has consisted of slope roof, stone wall with the most detailing stub to create a sense of welcoming.

Our project has located on 南郊公园南路 of Xi’an City. The project was initially facing a challengable condition such as irregular existed site condition, high volume rate and negative soli condition.
