安全告诫CAUTION

注意：参考并遵守工作程序手册总册7.21 飞机试车规定，和AMM手册要求。

Note：Following the Working procedure—— General procedure 7.21 engine ground run requirements, and the AMM requirements.

试车应在专用场地或在满足试车条件的指定区域进行。如在指定区域试车，应得到机场/空管同意方可进行；（先通知维修调度管理员，再得到机场/空管同意。）

Make sure the airplane is parked in a specially area where is permitted by Airport organization / Air Traffic Control System （Maintenance dispatch is notified first, and then the agreement of Airport organization / Air Traffic Control System is obtained）

所有参加试车的工作人员在工作前应了解试车的相关应急预案；

Emergency response plan have been known before you run the engine.

试车期间确保所有人员必须远离发动机危险区域；

All persons must stay out of the dangerous areas that are forward and to the sides of the inlet cowl. All persons must stay away from the engine safety barrier when the engine is in operation.

试车期间发现发动机温度接近规定启动极限并有增加趋势、漏油、火警等不安全情况时，应立即停车；

Stop the engine if the start EGT approach start EGT limit or EGT increase rate is over limit/ any leakage/ fire warning during engine operation.

对维修情况不明，不能确定开车是否会对发动机造成损坏时，禁止启动发动机；

Prohibit operation of the engine when the engine running may cause the engine damage due to the engine in some maintenance findings.

试车前应确认风向、风速和飞机的重量、重心符合该机型手册要求；

Mare sure Wind Limitations and Make sure the CG of the airplane is in the CG limits. Make sure the airplane gross weight is more than this minimum gross weight. During Engine Ground Operations:

如需进行风扇整流罩打开试车时，应满足手册对风速的规定；

If open the fan cowl during engine running is necessary, obey the wind speed limit in manuals.

8. 如需试车期间接近发动机，必须按手册规定使用安全通道。

Stay away from the danger areas at the front and sides of the power plant during operation. The engine can make sufficient suction to pull a person into the inlet cowl. If you do not obey this instruction, injuries to persons and damage to equipment can occur.

9. 试车结束后请恢复各跳开关等所有设备。

Recover Circuit breakers and equipments after the test run

10. 试车期间不允许拔出FDR/DFDR、DFDAU相关的飞行记录器（FDR）的AC、DC跳开关、话音记录器（VOICE RCDR/RIPS）跳开关、QAR/WQAR（ACMS）跳开关，除非手册要求拔出。

During the engine test run, it is not allowed to pull out the AC and DC circuit breakers of FDR/DFDR、DFDAU related flight recorder (FDR), VOICE RCDR/RIPS and QAR / WQAR (ACMS), unless required by the manual.

11．寒冷天气起动发动机参照手册AMM71-00-00-700-818-F00第G项执行寒冷天气发动机起动前准备。

If you will start engine in cold weather, refer to AMM71-00-00-700-818-F00 PART G Prepare the Engine Before a Start in Cold Weather.

12. 试车单“试车结论”及之前内容必须填写,其他不涉及的试车内容所在的页面，可以不填写不打印。

The "Result" and the previous contents of the test run sheet must be filled in. The pages where other test run contents are not involved may not be filled in or printed.

检查要点 / Key points for inspection：

机下准备阶段，试车负责人检查要点（包含但不限于）：

In the off-board preparation stage, the person in charge of commissioning shall check the key points (including but not limited to)：

地面无冰、雪、沙、石、油、积水Make sure ground clear

周边区域无障碍物 Ground area not obstruction

取下蒙布、皮托管套等地面保护装置Remove all protect covers

发动机区域无外来物 Not foreign object in engine area

装好起落架安全销Install the lock pins in the landing gear

取下前起落架转弯销 Remove nose landing gear bypass pin

挡好轮挡…Install the wheel chocks

放好地面灭火瓶…Fire Extinguishing on ground

关闭发动机整流罩（按需） Closed the engine fan cowl

进气道、风扇叶片、风扇整流锥、T12 传感器、尾喷区域检查正常

Air inlet cowl,fan blades,fan spinner, T12 sensor, exhaust plug and nozzle are normal

风扇转子转动自由 N1 rotor turns freely

IDG滑油量正常 IDG oil level is normal

关闭飞机各种舱门、口盖… Close all aircraft access covers

放置试车警告牌（如需） Set the warning stake

检查导流墙固定正常（如有） Check the air guide barrier
