One possible version:

In the picture, we can clearly see people throwing waste out of a car. It is not proper to do so. For one thing, throwing waste out of cars pollutes the environment. For another, throwing waste on the roads may cause an accident. I still remember that someone had a serious car accident because of the banana skin on the road.

To protect the environment, it is better to stop throwing waste away carelessly. Instead of throwing waste out of cars, we should just put it in a bag inside the car and throw it in the dustbin after getting out of the car.
