Unit 10 An Exciting Sport

教学设计
一、教材分析
本单元中心话题为 An Exciting Sport,主要交际功能项目为谈论见过或曾经做过的令人兴奋的运动,语言项目为一般过去时与动词的过去式。由于本节课是听说课,在教学中,我们着重突出以话题为纲,交际功能为主线,兼顾结构,运用任务型教学途径去完成教学,通过学习, 使学生流利地谈论运动,并提高学生们的听说读写能力,进而提高学生的跨文化交际能力。
二、学情分析
我教学的对象是初中二年级的学生,他们已具备一定的词汇量、语法知识和读写技能,对英语有着极强的好奇心、求知欲,乐于在活动中体现自己的特点。因此我在教学活动中尽量让他们参与到活动中来,有更多的机会说英语,通过学生间的合作学习,降低学习难度,鼓励他们大胆实践,勇于探索,使他们体验成功的喜悦,使各个层次的学生都有所收获。
三、设计思路
1、教学目标
知识与技能: 1. Get students to learn and grasp the simple past tense
2. Do listening practice in order to improve students’
listening ability
过程与方法: 1. Presentation and practice (words and drills)
2. Summary ( the usage of the simple past tense)
3. Actions ( make students relaxed by doing sports)
4. Listening ( improve students’ listening ability)
