一、完成下面的语法填空

非谓语动词要判断其在句中的成分，根据不同成分使用适当的形式，一般考查-ing形式，to do和-ed形式的居多。如：
● 填谓语动词的适当形式（时态、语态和主谓一致）：
例：Of the nineteen recognized polar bear subpopulations, three are declining, six are (be) stable, one is increasing, and nine lack enough data. （2019高考全国卷I）
